TMRP Webinar: Valerie Smith - Developing an educational and training intervention for neonatal trial recruiters: the TRAIN project

While all trials can experience recruitment challenges, recruitment to neonatal trials may be especially challenging as recruiters may need to approach parents at a sensitive time in the context of parental fear, worry and concern for a new baby who may be very unwell. In this webinar, Prof Valerie Smith will discuss the TRAIN project (Training tRial recruiters; An educational INtervention) and describe how a co-creation/co-production partnership approach, involving clinicians, parents and researchers, was used to develop an education and training intervention for recruiters to neonatal trials.
