HRB-TMRN & RCSI Study Day: Lessons from a Trainee-enabled multicentre trial – Mr Donagh Healy

Mr Healy completed the Irish Higher Training Scheme in Vascular Surgery and was appointed Consultant Vascular Surgeon in Belfast in 2021. He has a strong track record in comparative effectiveness clinical research. The core of his PhD work was a multicentre clinical trial in vascular surgery which he completed whilst a surgical trainee. He has authored over 80 peer-reviewed publications and completed a Masters in Clinical Research.
