HRB-TMRN, UCC & TMRP Study Day: Communicating trial results to health workers and policymakers: findings from a systematic review – Dr Annabelle South

Annabelle South is the Policy, Communications and Research Impact Coordinator at the MRC Clinical Trials Unit at UCL, London. She is a research communicator with experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders, including patients, healthworkers and policymakers. Her work over the last decade at the MRC Clinical Trials Unit at UCL has focused on communicating the results of phase III clinical trials across HIV, TB and cancer. She is passionate about making sure patients can benefit from the results of research, and improving participants’ experience of trials. Her research interests include communicating results to trial participants, and professional audiences including clinicians and policymakers.
