Hans Constandt is a social entrepreneur with a background in biotechnology, medicine and computer science. He is the founder of FAQIR, an initiative connecting personal health data through secure data vaults to enable better, faster and more preventive care. Previously, Hans founded Ontoforce, the award-winning health IT company known for its semantic data platform used by global pharma and hospitals. As program manager for the Belgian Health Data Agency, he led the alignment of diverse stakeholders — across government, academia and industry — resulting in an approved law in parliament and Belgium’s first national health data catalog. Hans is a strong advocate of #DataSavesLives.
